Mascot Request Form

All mascot appearance requests must be submitted using this Mascot Appearance Request Form:

Please read before filling out request.* 

All requests should be received at least two weeks before the event. OC Student Life employees will respond to all requests within one to two business days, confirming via email. 

In the event that an appearance must be cancelled, please email studentactivities@xingtaiyichuang.com with at least 1 day notice. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance. Mascots are available for appearances throughout the Fall and Spring semester. Summer months, Winter break and Holidays may be difficult to fulfill.

We ask that you please have at least four 16oz bottles of water on hand per mascot. Please advise patrons/ students not to pull on the tail, head, feet, and hands or hit the mascot. High fives and side hugs are welcomed. Please note that mascots will need to take a break every 15-20 minutes. Most importantly, have fun, because Billie and Willie will!
